Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling various parts of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
